Monica tweeted this pic yesterday after performing at "Black Girl Rock" the tweet about her hairstyle being being inspired by prince but it was the diamond on her finger that caught my eye, so i figure she got engaged to her boyfriend Shannon Brown. If she is happy then that's what counts it doesn't matter how long they've been together or not. Congrats Monica
